Legend of the Month - May

This month’s legend is none other than the fabulous Judy Gardner. Jude has been coming to the clinic for about 5 years now and  is one of the healthy lifestyle stalwarts. Judy has always been a particularly hard trainer but in the last month she has put in even extra effort, which has not gone unnoticed. This extra effort probably has something to do with the impending nuptials between Judy's daughter Ainsle and partner Tamra at the start of May. According to Judy it has all paid off having dropped a couple of dress sizes. Well done Judes and good luck to the girls.
