Hi Team,
 

Are you at stand still with your weight loss? If you are, why don't you try this simple tip. You need to start doing some moderate exercise before you eat breakfast in the morning. Research has shown that you will burn twice as much body fat by exercising at 75% of your maximum heart rate for about 45min before you eat breakfast in the morning than any other time off the day. When you sleep your body is still burning energy, so over night the glycogen stores in your body get really low. So when you workout in the morning your body has got hardly any glycogen to use as energy, so it goes straight for your body fat. Be careful not to overdo it, because once you start pushing your heart rate above 75% your body starts to use a different form of energy and it will get it from breaking down muscle tissue. This is a big NO NO!!!! We need to keep as much muscle mass on our body's to keep our metabolism working as efficiently as possible. Remember, replacing fat with muscle is the best way to lose weight. Try going for a brisk walk down at the beach in the morning, this is a great way to keep your heart rate at 75% and it is a great way to start the day.
