p>Hello Friends, I have always been a massive fan of the chin up! One of the reason's why I love them so much is because they are one of the best compound exercises that you can do. Another reason why I love them is because they are great for building big GUNS! And let's face it, who isn't looking for a bit more muscle mass around the bicep region. So if you are trying to get as bigger biceps as Kane Mcdonald the secret is out the chin up is the best exercise that you can do to sculpt your GUNS!
