PUSH UPS MAKE THE WORLD GO AROUND
Healthy Lifestyle Clinic has launched a new fun competition for all our members and friends called Pushups make the world go around!!.What it entails is you or your friends taking photos of you doing pushups in different places around your home,work and around the world while on holidays.The best photo each month will win a Personal Training session .I have started the competition of with me working out with some locals at at Panalu'u Beach Hawaii.
