Wow what a month May was for Healthy Lifestyle Clinic.We started at the Learn Cook Dine cooking school at loganholme for a Masterchef extravaganza. 20 HLC members went to learn their way around the kitchen making healthy Italian cuisine that Chef Dominique Rizzo had planned for us.We all had an amazing fun night and learnt heaps. Next stop for HLC was the Breast Cancer awareness Mothers Day Classic at Main beach.We were the training sponsor for this event and we massaged about a million pairs of legs or at least it felt that many!.Marco gave a big group disco warm up to get the runners and walkers ready to rumble the streets of Surfers Paradise.It was a great morning that raised alot of money for the breast cancer charities and foundations.It was awesome to see so many Mums,daughter and grandmothers get out on Mothers Day and participate. We finished off the monnth with the Dreamworkers charity race day at the Gold Coast Turf Club that raised money for Nicole Tierney who is battling a brain injury that has her left in need of around the clock care and rehabilitation.We all had an absolute ball and I recommend that if you missed this years race day you definitely book in for next years one . We are only a month out from the Gold Coast Marathon so I hope you have registerd for your event and are training hard.
