Si's summer circuit

Summer is finallly coming so heres a workout that you can do that is short sharp and will really get your heart rate, and the best part is you can do it outside and you don't need to lug around any equipment. All you need is to find a pull up bar and there are many of them along the esplanades on the gold coast. Here it is - 20 bench jumps 10 chin ups 20 push ups 20 sit ups run 500m repeat 5 times without stopping, the key is to really try and push yourself and you should complete it in under 30 minutes. Enjoy (the feeling afterwards)
